Characterization of Molecules and Materials by X-Ray and Electron-Beam Methods
The Shared Facility "RaysOn!" integrates state-of-the-art X-ray diffraction (scXRD, pXRD) and high-resolution electron microscopy (HR-SEM/EDX) to enable precise structural, phase, morphological, and elemental analysis of molecules, solids, and functional materials. Advanced instrumentation, technical expertise, and professional support at the Institute for Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry of the University of Freiburg are combined within this Shared Facility.
